PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine deviation of a bus line when a scanning line of light of straight track is formed after commercialization compared to a case without this configuration, and to eliminate deviation of a scanning line among different light beams. SOLUTION: Before distributing cylinder mirrors 114Y, M, C, K to each color, that is, after spherical surface processing, the direction (in which direction it is projecting in x-direction) of the bus line ML is determined, and marking 158 is performed on the surface 156 corresponding to the projecting side of the bus line ML. Before assemblage to a housing 100, cylinder mirrors 114Y, M, C, K with the marking 158 added thereto are found. The marking 158 can be a mark during assembling work. Using the marking 158 as the mark, based on the orientation of Bow (mainly, a factor 1) on photoreceptor drums 210Y, M, C, K, assemblage can be performed so that each Bow is canceled with a Bow (a factor 2) resulting from the cylinder mirrors 114Y, M, C, K.
