PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rainwater storage and infiltration facility capable of preventing a joint connecting unit members from being broken and coming off the unit members even if the rainwater storage and infiltration facility is greatly deformed due to strong earthquake shock. SOLUTION: When strong earthquake shock is transmitted to the rainwater storage and infiltration facility 4, displacementδ2 in the horizontal direction occurs between an upper end and a lower end of the rainwater storage and infiltration facility 4, which is inclined by only an angleθ2 for the vertical direction. If relative deviation in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction occurs between adjacent unit members 5, elastically deformable parts 613 of the joints 61, 62 are elastically deformed, and adjacent engaging shafts 611 are deviated in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction to maintain fitting of the engaging shafts 611 and engaging holes 541.
