PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building guide system capable of maintaining the satisfactory healthy state of a person moving in a building. SOLUTION: The building 10 is provided with residential spaces 15a-15i, and the residential spaces 15a-15i are partitioned by wall bodies 16. An indoor entrance 17 is formed at a wall body 16 and provided with a hinged door. Indoor temperature sensors for detecting temperatures of the residential spaces 15a-15i are electrically connected to controllers. A controller extracts a plurality of candidate routes along which one can move from an origin of movement to a destination of movement on the basis of each temperature of the residential spaces 15a-15i detected by the indoor temperature sensors in the case that a person moves in the building 10 and sets a route having the most gradual temperature change among candidate routes as a route for movement.
