PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which reduces user operations when executing a process by combining a plurality of functions, and reliably executes a process by a setting intended by a user when the process is selected from usage history. SOLUTION: The image processor is connected to a management device managing a process definition file which defines a procedure for executing a process by linking functions provided by respective devices included in this image processing system with one another, and to another image processor. When user authentication is successfully performed, the image processor acquires a file to be executed from the process definition file corresponding to identification information and used in the past. The image processor compares the process definition file used in the past with the acquired file, asks a user whether the acquired process definition file is used when the process content is different, and follows an instruction.
