PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the fixing angle adjustment work for a lens barrel in an imaging device. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: a lens holding frame which holds a lens; a frame support part which supports the lens holding frame; a tapered part which is arranged to either the lens holding frame or the frame support part and in which the thickness regarding the optical axis direction of the lens may change along the peripheral direction of the lens; and a sliding piece which is interposed between the other one of the lens holding frame and the frame holding support part and the tapered part and slides along the tapered part.
