PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve facilitation of angle-of-view control by control of a zoom magnification. SOLUTION: A main zoom control section sets a zoom mode to any one of normal mode, first detailed mode and second detailed mode in accordance with a zoom mode setting operation by a user. When the zoom mode is set to the normal mode, a zoom index 210 of the normal mode is displayed, and in accordance with a zoom-in operation or the like, the zoom magnification (output zoom magnification) is changed at a first speed. When the zoom mode is set to the first detailed mode, a zoom index 220 of the first detailed mode is displayed, and in accordance with the zoom-in operation or the like, the zoom magnification is changed at a second speed lower than the first speed. When the zoom mode is set to the second detailed mode, a zoom index 230 of the second detailed mode is displayed, and in accordance with the zoom-in operation or the like, the zoom magnification is changed at a third speed further lower than the second speed.
