PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the handling of a harness. SOLUTION: The sheet processing device in one embodiment of this invention, includes a folding roller folding a sheet bundle, a sheet tray supporting the sheet bundle folded by the folding roller, a first frame supporting the sheet tray, a second frame movably supporting the first frame, a first sensor supported by the second frame and changing a state according to the presence/absence of the sheet bundle loaded on the sheet tray, a second sensor supported by the first frame and detecting the state of the first sensor, and a control unit controlling to count the sheet bundles loaded on the sheet tray according to a detection result by the second sensor.
