<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor in which even if a dielectric ceramic layer is thin layered, the specific dielectric constant of the dielectric ceramic is high, and which excels in reliability over temperature change or mechanical impact. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composes a dielectric ceramic layer 2 of a laminated ceramic capacitor 1, contains (Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)TiO<SB>3</SB>(wherein 0.045≤x≤0.15), as a principal component, contains Re<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(wherein Re is at least one kind selected from among Gd, Dy, Ho, Yb and Y), MgO, MnO, V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and SiO<SB>2</SB>, as an accessory component, is represented by the general formula: 100(Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)TiO<SB>3</SB>+aRe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+bMgO+cMnO+dV<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>+eSiO<SB>2</SB>, and satisfies each condition of 0.65≤a≤1.5, 0.15≤b≤2.0, 0.4≤c≤1.5, 0.02≤d≤0.25, and 0.2≤e≤3.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
