<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security alarm sound signal managing device capable of more accurately sounding a security alarm. <P>SOLUTION: In an electronic key 2, a battery remaining capacity detecting section 27 detects the remaining capacity of a battery 20, and in smart communication with a vehicle 1, the electronic key 2 transmits an ID code and a battery remaining capacity notice M to a vehicle 1. When the battery remaining capacity notice M is received, a battery remaining capacity determining section 30 determines whether the battery remaining capacity is below a value near the lower limit or not. When the battery remaining capacity is a value near the lower limit, a delay executing section 31 switches a security alarm system 23 from a normal mode to a delay mode.
