<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged acidic liquid food product containing citrus fruit skin, ginger, or citral-containing aroma chemical, which is prevented from deterioration in the scent of the citrus fruit skin, the ginger, or the citral-containing aroma chemical, and also preferably has a taste and color, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the packaged acidic liquid food product containing at least one kind selected from citrus fruit skin, ginger, or citral-containing aroma chemical, which also contains a hot-water extract from sesame and alkaline material, and the method for producing the packaged acidic liquid food product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
