<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data entry system for strictly protecting personal information, optimally assigning data entry jobs, and improving skills of operators. <P>SOLUTION: In the data entry system, a plurality of operators enter description items on a form. The system includes: a dividing program 131 that divides a form image for each description item to be entered, and generates divided entry images; a distribution program 132 for determining divided entry images to be distributed to each of a plurality of operators, and distributing the divided entry images; a job completion determination means for determining whether the input entry data has been returned from an operator within a predetermined time; a job distribution means for assigning a job to another operator when the entry data has not been returned within the predetermined time; and a synthesis program 133 for finally synthesizing the entry data that has been returned from the plurality of operators into data of the original form unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
