<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately measuring ADP (Adenosine diphosphate) in a sample, and to provide a measuring kit used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for measuring ADP in a sample, comprising making glucose, ADP-dependent hexokinase, and a metal ion to act on the ADP in the sample, and measuring the produced glucose-6-phosphate or AMP, by making phosphoenol pyruvate and pyruvate kinase to coexist on the action, the blank value becomes small, and the inclination of a calibration curve is decreased, and then the ADP concentrations in a wide range can accurately be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
