PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame material used for a refilling container capable of easily fixing a bag body in a container. SOLUTION: The frame material used for the refilling container 200 includes: a container body 2 having an opening part 1 into which a bag body 3 storing a content A is inserted; and a lid 10 with an opening/closing lid equipped with a cylindrical body 51 to be fitted in the opening part 1 and closing or opening the opening part 1. The frame material used for the refilling container 200 is equipped with a frame body 5 fitted in the container body 2, projecting to the inside of the opening part 1 and equipped with a flap 8 foldable to the inside of the container body 2, and when the lid 10 with the opening/closing lid is fitted in the container body 2, the cylindrical body 51 folds the flap 8 and pinches the edge of an unsealing opening of the bag body 3 between the container body 2 and it.
