PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of reducing physical burdens on an operator and improving the efficiency of the operator. SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an X-ray tube device for irradiating a subject with X-rays, an X-ray detector for detecting the X-rays transmitted through the subject, and an image display device for displaying X-ray images based on the X-rays. The X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes suspending means for supporting the image display device and arranging the image display device, imaging means which is loaded on the back surface side of the image display device and takes the appearance video image of the subject, and display control means for displaying the appearance video image of the subject and the X-ray image at the image display device.
