PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device of a circuit breaker capable of preventing generation of an accident due to an off-action of a mechanism which a worker does not desire, by disabling the lock device from switching to a lock state unless the mechanism of the circuit breaker is switched to an off-state. SOLUTION: The lock device of a circuit breaker includes a switching lever 11 fitted at a base plate 1 so as to be arranged in free rotation between an inputting position with a movable contact part in contact with a fixed contact part and a blocking position with the movable contact part separated from the fixed contact part, an input lever 16 mechanically coupled with the switching lever 11 and fitted at the base plate 1 in free rotation so as the switching lever 11 to be rotated in an inputting direction, and a lock unit 100 fitted between the switching lever 11 and the input lever 16 of the base plate 1 so as to selectively limit rotation of the switching lever 11 or the input lever 16, for disabling to release a lock state in case of a mechanism in an on-state, and for enabling to switch between the lock state and a released state in case of the mechanism in an off-state.
