PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data receiver that downloads content without waiting time, and to provide a program. SOLUTION: The data receiver 500 for downloading data from a data distributor 200 and distributing the data to an information processor 400 is configured to have: a download information receiving means 100 for receiving download information required to download data obtained when a user operates the data distributor 200 for data acquisition through an operation terminal 100, and a means for using the download information to download corresponding data from the data distributor 200.
