PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss in DC-DC conversion. SOLUTION: A power converter T11 for setting voltage to a current output from a module MOD11, and externally outputting the current with the voltage is provided with: a DC-DC converter 53 for converting the voltage; a secondary-side voltage/current monitoring unit 56 for detecting power output from the DC-DC converter 53; and a maximum power point control unit 54 for determining voltage set by the DC-DC converter 53 so that output power detected by the secondary-side voltage/current monitoring unit 56 may be maximized.
