PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board inspection device which allows easy inspection of terminal floating. SOLUTION: The circuit board inspection device includes: a signal supply part 4 generating an AC voltage V1 based on reference potential G and supplying it to an electrode 9 capacitively coupled to a terminal 13; a detection probe 2 which is configured to contact with the terminal 13; a current detection part 5 detecting an AC current I1 flowing between the detection probe 2 and the reference potential G; a potential providing probe 3 connected to the reference potential G; and a processing part 6 comparing a predetermined current value threshold Iref with the current value of the AC current I1 detected by the current detection part 5 in a state in which the detection probe 2 is in contact with the terminal 13, the potential providing probe 3 is in contact with a wiring pattern 14, and the AC voltage V1 is supplied to the electrode 9 to determine the floating of the terminal 13.
