PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method for inhibitingα-synuclein (SNCA) gene expression such as for treatment of a neurodegenerative disorder. SOLUTION: An anti-SNCA agent featured herein to target the SNCA gene is modified to be distributed to neural cells preferentially. In one aspect, the method is to treat a target by administering a medicine which inhibits SNCA expression. In a preferable embodiment, the target is a mammal such as human beings or the like, for example, the target is one diagnosed to have the neurodegenerative disorder or to have a risk to have an onset of the neurodegenerative disorder.
