PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power supply device that can suppress the occurrence of common mode noises. SOLUTION: The DC power supply device includes: a bridge rectification circuit comprising an arm in which a first diode and a second diode are cnnected in series and an arm in which a third diode and a fourth diode are connected in series; a reactor connected between a connecting point of the first diode and the second diode and the AC power; and a short circuit means that short-circuits the AC power via the reactor. As the reverse recovery time of the third diode and the fourth diode can suppress the variation of the voltage at both ends of the diode connected between the AC power line on the side unconnected with the reactor and the output of the DC power supply device before and after an opening and closing motion of the short circuit means by structuring an element whose reverse recovery time is longer than that of the first diode or of the second diode, occurrence of the common mode noises can be suppressed.
