PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined cycle power plant having an integrated organic Rankine cycle device. SOLUTION: The combined cycle power plant (2) includes a gas turbomachine (4), a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) (6) coupled to a turbine portion (12) of the gas turbomachine (4), and the organic Rankine cycle (ORC) device (40, 140, 240) fluidly coupled to the heat recovery steam generator (6). The ORC device (40, 140, 240) includes an organic fluid passing through a closed loop system (48, 148, 248) coupled to a turbine (79, 179, 279). A heated fluid from the HRSG (6) elevates the temperature of the organic fluid flowing through the closed loop system (48, 148, 248).
