PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film laminate having excellent adhesive property, preventing the occurrence of blister, peeling, or the like and having excellent performance in suppressing a temperature rise. SOLUTION: An undercoat layer, an intermediate coat layer and a finishing coat layer are laminated on a base material. The undercoat layer is formed of an undercoating material containing synthetic resin and a metal oxide and containing a compound containing an epoxy group as the synthetic resin, wherein the content ratio of the metal oxide to 100 pts.wt. of resin solid content is 30-300 pts.wt. The intermediate coat layer is formed of an intermediate coating material containing synthetic resin and a metal oxide. The metal oxide for use in the undercoat layer is less in the amount of oil absorption and larger in the average primary particle diameter than the metal oxide in the intermediate coat layer.
