PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device capable of improving accuracy of an installation position of a driving unit installed on a lens barrel, by forming a hole penetrating up to the inside lens barrel body in an index ring of the lens barrel, and by inserting an abutting part projecting on a casing of the driving unit into the hole, to thereby fix the abutting part by screwing in the abutting state on the lens barrel body. SOLUTION: The hole 30A is formed in the index ring 30 fixed to the outer circumference of the lens barrel 12, and the abutting part 94 projecting on the casing 40 of the driving unit is inserted into the hole 30A, and allowed to abut on the outer circumference of the lens barrel body 100 inside the index ring 30. Then, a screw 55 is inserted into a screw insertion hole 52 of the casing 40, and the screw 55 is tightened into a screw hole 100 of the lens barrel body 100, to thereby fix the casing 40 on a position of the index ring 30 of the driving unit 12.
