PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle indoor lighting lamp preventing torsion of a lock and allowing easy operations concerning attaching and detaching. SOLUTION: A pair of locks 24 and a pair of locks 25 formed at side parts 9, 10 of a resin inner housing 23 are formed and arranged to be aligned with spaces respectively. The pair of locks 24 and the pair of locks 25 are formed to fix the vehicle indoor lighting lamp 21 with a roof panel 14 by fitting with flat parts 17 of opening part 15 formed in the roof panel 14. The pair of locks 24 are connected by a connecting part 26 extending in a direction of the spaces and the pair of locks 25 are connected by a connecting part 27 extending in the direction of the spaces and move integrally when bending.
