PURPOSE: A driving force generating device which can generate driving force without medium is provided to supply driving force to an object through a simple structure which does not need liquid or gas fuel. CONSTITUTION: A driving force generating device comprises a disk(10), a rotation driving member, a mass(30), a driving member(40), a guide(50) and a connecting member(60). The rotation driving member is arranged in one side of the disk. The rotation driving member rotates the disk. The mass is arranged in one side of disk. The driving member is located on one side of the disk. The driving member supplies the power of linear direction to the mass. The connecting member respectively interlinks a pair of driving members and mass.
