PURPOSE: A rolling exercise device for waist and lower body exercise is provided to enable students to enjoy exercising and to obtain exercise related benefits. CONSTITUTION: A rolling exercise device for waist and lower body exercise comprises: a central part(100) forming a central axis; and an exercise part(101) for exercise. The central part includes one or more central axes(1), an exercise guide plate(2), a handle(20) simultaneously gripped by both hands, and a handle(21) separately gripped by hands. The exercise part is the fixed to the surface. A guide rail(10) is fixed to the exercise part.
