<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that facilitates fixing to a mounting plate and prevents a circuit board from being separated from the mounting plate after fixing. <P>SOLUTION: The motor 113 includes a stationary part 102, a rotation unit 103, a mounting plate 104 to which the stationary part is fixed, and a circuit board 105 arranged on the top side of the mounting plate and on which an electronic circuit is mounted. The stationary part 102 is located on one side from the central position in the longitudinal direction of the circuit board 105, and the circuit board 105 has a connector 154 located on the other side from the central position in the longitudinal direction. The mounting plate 104 is abutted to the top of the circuit board 105 and has a caulking part to fix the circuit board 105. At least one caulking part is arranged on the other side from the end of one side of the connector 154.
