<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device high in reception sensitivity, reduced in the size and weight thereof, and sufficiently demonstrating an impact-resistant-cushioning effect even when receiving an impact from the outside, and to provide a radiowave reception apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna structure 70 is arranged in an antenna support member 15 constituting impact-absorbing members 16 arranged between an inner peripheral surface of a case body 7 and an outer peripheral surface of a plate-like timepiece module member 4. A waterproof ring 53 is connected to the impact-absorbing members 16 through connection parts 53a, ... extending from outer peripheral positions of the impact-absorbing members 16.
