PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing blade which allows reduction in frictional force between the elastic layer and a developing roller while preventing an increase of creeping of an elastic material used for an elastic layer. SOLUTION: The developing blade 10 includes a plate-like member 12 and the elastic layer 11 adhered to the plate-like member 12, wherein the elastic layer 11 is abutted on the developing roller 1 to regulate an amount of toner carried on the developing roller 1 and charge the toner. The elastic layer 11 contains 5-20 pts.mass of silica and 10 to 40 pts.mass of silicic acid-based filler based on 100 pts.mass of the elastic material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
