PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner preventing a fan motor table from being fixed in a displaced state from a normal mounting position. SOLUTION: This outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a bottom plate 33, the fan motor table 281, and fixing screws. The fan motor table 281 is fixed to the bottom plate 33. The fixing screws are used for fixing the bottom plate 33 and the fan motor table 281. One of the bottom plate 33 and the fan motor table 281 is provided with a cut and raised section, and inserted sections 333a, 333b. A first screw hole is formed on the cut and raised section.
