PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly grasp information regarding a waveform parameter, in an oscilloscope which divides in cycles waveform data taken in and displays the information regarding the waveform parameter in a cycle unit. SOLUTION: This digital oscilloscope, including a waveform data inputting processing part which takes in the waveform data, a cycle division part which divides in cycles the waveform data taken in, a waveform parameter designation receiving part which receives the designation of a waveform parameter to be calculated and a waveform parameter calculating part which calculates the waveform parameter designated for each divided cycle, includes a display control part which forms a display screen containing a region where a waveform based on the waveform data is displayed and a region where a value of the calculated waveform parameter of each cycle is displayed, being made to correspond to a time width of each cycle contained in the waveform.
