PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor and electronic equipment which can accurately detect a change of a magnetic field accompanying the movement of a magnetic field generating member. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor 1 includes: a lead frame 3 having conductivity; a body 2 which contains the lead frame 3 and has first guide parts 27 and 28; a moving body 7 which has a second guide part 80 guided by the first guide parts 27 and 28 of the body 2, and the second guide part 80 of which is guided by the first guide parts 27 and 28 and performing relative movement with the body 2, the magnetic field generating member 8 which is provided in the body 7 and generates the magnetic field; and a magnetic sensing element 6 which is provided in the lead frame 3 and detects the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating member 8.
