PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which can easily perform various settings to a plurality of imaging parts generating a plurality of image data items required for specific image processing, respectively, in the image processing apparatus which can process image data generated from the plurality of imaging parts, respectively, like three-dimensional image processing, and an image processing program for such an image processing apparatus. SOLUTION: There is provided a user interface wherein the plurality of imaging parts to be connected are divided into several groups, and imaging parts belonging to each of the groups are then collected into one, thereby setting required imaging conditions.
