PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device, method, and program for discriminating information consistency, capable of summarizing and outputting information included in the search results of a plurality of information retrieval services. SOLUTION: The device for discriminating information consistency included in the search results of the plurality of information retrieval services, obtained in response to an input search query, includes a search result acquisition unit 10 for acquiring each search result obtained by the search for the search query when the search query is input on the basis of each information retrieval service, and an information consistency discrimination unit 20 for obtaining multiplicity between information included in the search result of one information retrieval service and information included in the search results of the other information retrieval services on acquiring the search results of the information retrieval service from the search result acquisition unit 10, and for discriminating the consistency between each information set of the search results based on the multiplicity.
