摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processing apparatus that achieves a high sensitivity by adding a plurality of pixels in signal processing independently of a configuration of an imaging apparatus, and also reduces the degradation in resolution due to pixel addition. SOLUTION: An input image (Din) is converted to a pixel addition image (D1) comprising selected pixels having pixel addition values by pixel block as pixel values and missing pixels having pixel values of zero, by pixel addition in pixel addition patterns of pixel blocks different by frame in a pixel addition means (1). The pixel addition image (D1) and an image resulting from frame delay of the pixel addition image are added by a spatial and temporal pixel interpolation means (3) with respect to pixels determined not to have motion by a motion detection means 5 for detecting motion of the input image (Din), and the results are output as a high-sensitivity output image (Dout). With respect to pixels determined to have motion, intra-frame interpolation using the pixel addition image in the same frame is performed in the spatial and temporal pixel interpolation means (3).
