PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste steam recovering device in which a circulation pump hardly sucks mixed air. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 2 is connected to a waste steam passage 1. An air discharge valve 3 is mounted to an upper section of the heat exchanger 2. A liquid pressure-feed member 13 is connected to a lower part of the heat exchanger 2. A liquid ejector 5 is connected to a liquid pressure-feed port 15 of the liquid pressure-feed member 13 through a check valve 16. A suction chamber 10 of the liquid ejector 5 is connected to an outlet side of the air discharge valve 3 by a pipe conduit 9. In the waste steam in which the air supplied into the heat exchanger 2 from the waste steam passage 1 is mixed, only the waste steam is condensed in a cooling coil 4 to be liquefied while air is discharged to the outside of a system from the air discharge valve 3 without being condensed.
