PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an appropriate operation while taking advantage of features of each air compressor, even when the air compressors with differences in efficiencies, capacities, and control systems coexist. SOLUTION: In an air compressor controller 10, a storage section 12 stores operation setup data 12A, where a priority order for selecting an object of changeover control is setup for the each air compressor AC in advance. A changeover control section 13 selects an air compressor AC to be the object of changeover control from the air compressors AC, based on the priority order in this operation setup data 12A. The operating condition of the selected air compressor AC is changeover controlled either to the load condition discharging compressed air or to the unload condition not discharging compressed air, corresponding to the air pressure.
