PLATE GLASS CLEANING SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND ITS PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: Plate-glass cleaning device and method, and a plate-glass processing system are provided to enhance cleaning efficiency by cleaning plate glass using ultrasonic-wave-applied water. CONSTITUTION: A plate-glass cleaning device comprises a cleaning unit(30) and a drying unit(40). The cleaning unit and the drying unit are successively arranged in the middle of a transfer path of plate glass(P). The cleaning unit comprises a water tank(31) and a spraying nozzle(32). An ultrasonic generating unit(34) is installed in the water tank. The ultrasonic generating unit applies ultrasonic wave to the water. The spraying nozzle receives the water from the water tank and sprays the water to the plate glass.
