PURPOSE: A clamper and a clamp for repairing umbrella ribs are provided to easily repair a damaged site of umbrella ribs through a simple correcting method. CONSTITUTION: A clamper for repairing umbrella ribs comprises: a handle unit generating power for operating a tool using clamping force; a pressing unit pressing an object using the power generated from the handle unit; and a rotary shaft which connects the handle unit to the pressing unit and cross-transfers the power generated from the handle unit to the pressing unit. Pressing bars(102,103) having concave and convex parts are detachably formed in the clamper.
