PURPOSE: A screw inspection machine is provided to prevent sorted good quality screws from mixing with defective screws by inspecting the external appearance of the screws. CONSTITUTION: A screw inspection machine comprises a screw transfer device, a photographing device(30A), an image analysis device, and a screw collection device(40). The screw transfer device is rotated around a vertical shaft line to transfer screws from a supply position to an exhaust position. The photographing device photographs the screws transferred to the exhaust position. The image analysis device determines whether the photographed screws have defects by analyzing the photographed image signal. The screw collection unit divides the screws into the good quality screws and defective screws at the exhaust position.
