<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing power consumption in a digital DLL circuit and reducing influences of power supply voltage fluctuation caused by noise. <P>SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device having a digital DLL circuit, an intermittent interval setting circuit is provided for setting intermittent intervals of phase comparison. Setting of the intermittent intervals with the intermittent interval setting circuit is controlled on the basis of a setting signal input from the outside. Thus, the number of stages of delay elements can be adjusted in an averaged manner while reducing influences of power supply voltage fluctuation caused by noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
