PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger effective for cost reduction by equally distributing gas-liquid two-phase coolants flowing in a coolant inflow header pipe to respective heat transfer pipes while taking into consideration poor assembling performance in manufacturing and the large number of components. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes a plurality of the heat transfer pipes 1, 2 with the same lengths each of which has a coolant flow passage where the coolant flows, and a pair of headers 3, 4 connected to both ends of a plurality of the heat transfer pipes.
