MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLID POWDERY COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet manufacturing method of a solid powdery cosmetic that exhibits excellent sensuous properties such as smooth touch, a fitting feeling and the like and has excellent impact resistance. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the solid powdery cosmetic comprises the following steps 1-3. Step 1: a step of mixing a powder component with an oily component and/or a polyhydric alcohol component as a binder with stirring followed by pulverization by a crusher. Step 2: a step of forming a slurry by adding 20-100 pts.mass of a volatile solvent having a boiling point of 200°C or lower to 100 pts.mass of a base agent for the cosmetic obtained by the step 1. Step 3: filling a container with the slurry obtained by the step 2 by means of a uniaxial eccentric screw pump followed by press molding under vacuum suction and subsequently drying-removing the residual volatile solvent.
