PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting apparatus capable of achieving improvement in discharge of air bubbles existing in a liquid channel. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting apparatus includes: a recording head that ejects ink with which a pressure generating chamber is filled from a nozzle opening by applying pressure variation to the inside of the pressure generating chamber 21 by actuation of a piezoelectric vibrator; a temperature sensor that detects ambient temperature near the recording head; a driving signal generating circuit that generates a maintenance driving pulse for removing the air bubbles in the ink with which the pressure generating chamber is filled, the maintenance driving pulse which is set so that it makes pressure change in the pressure generating chamber higher than an ejection driving pulse for ejecting the ink to recording paper; and a controller that changes the applying number of the maintenance driving pulse to be applied to the piezoelectric vibrator based on the ambient temperature detected by the temperature sensor.
