PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present alerts from a plurality of communication devices to users without taking a lot of time to specify a cause of a failure. SOLUTION: There is disclosed a monitoring apparatus 10 which manages alerts of a plurality of communication devices. The monitoring apparatus includes a display control unit 36 which causes a predetermined display device to display a main alert that output from a reference communication device in alerts output from a plurality of communication devices, with higher visibility than additional alerts which are output from the other communication devices when the main alert is issued.
