PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a specimen sampling instrument set constituted to perform the disinfection of the medium containing bacteria in a container by bringing a specimen sampling part into contact with the medium by simple operation and allowing a disinfectant to easily and certainly flow into the container after the culture of a specimen. SOLUTION: The specimen sampling instrument set includes: a bottomed cylindrical container 1; the medium 3 held on the bottom 2 in the container 1; the lid-like body 5 mounted on the opening part 4 of the container 1 in a detachable manner; the stick 6 inserted into the container 1 from the lid-like body 5; the specimen sampling part 7 housed in the container 1 in a non-contact state with respect to the medium 3 held on the bottom 2 in the container 1 to be provided to the tip of the stick 6; a medium contact means 8 for bringing the specimen sampling part 7 inserted into the container 1 into contact with the medium 3 held on the bottom 2 in the container 1; and the disinfectant package 10 held in the lid-like body 5 including the disinfectant 9 in a movable manner and receiving the pressure from the outside on the head side of the lid-like body 5 to move. A dividing implement 11 having a pointed end coming into contact with the disinfectant package 10 receiving pressure from the outside to move to burst the disinfectant package 10 is provided in the lid-like body 5.
