PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device suppressing degradation of image quality by suppressing dispersion of reset levels even when the dispersion of the reset levels cannot be handled by circuit design or circuit layout. SOLUTION: This solid-state imaging device includes a plurality of conversion parts 30a respectively arranged corresponding to columns of pixels of a pixel array 10 for outputting digital signals in accordance with the voltages of signals output from the pixels 11, wherein the reset levels of the pixels 11 are obtained through the conversion parts 30a on a row basis, and the characteristic of the conversion part 30a is adjusted based on at least one of the average value and the dispersion of the obtained reset levels.
