PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center operation monitor system which is improved so as to allow operators to quickly respond to calls from customers through a voice output of call center operation situation. SOLUTION: The call center operation monitor system has telephone terminals connected through a network, a plurality of operator terminals, a server, and a display terminal. The server has a connection means for connecting a call request received from any telephone terminal to one of the plurality of operator terminals, and a storage means for acquiring and storing the state of each of the operator terminals. The display terminal has a monitor means for monitoring the state of each operator terminal, which is stored by the storage means of the server and a voice output means for outputting the stored state of each operator terminal through voice based on the monitored result.
