PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk reproduction device in which such noise is reduced so that a user feels as being harsh at the time of ripping, an optical disk reproduction program and a recording medium storing an optical disk reproduction program. SOLUTION: It is determined by a CPU2 whether the speed of a vehicle obtained from a vehicle speed pulse is lower than pre-determined speed or not, when the speed of the vehicle is determined to be lower than pre-determined speed, control is performed so that the number of revolutions of a disk motor 6 is reduced up to about 4X.
