PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin curved flexible printed circuit film endoscope using an imaging element having drive holes, which simplifies its structure, reduces its manufacturing periods and costs, while securing its reliability without failures or errors, and is usable over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The thin curved flexible printed circuit film endoscope is composed of a head housing mounted with an imaging element and an illuminator, and includes an image photographing means 10 and a sample inserter 20. It also includes: many drive holes 100 formed on the inserter 20 with a same spacing in its length direction; and a driver 200 entering each of the drive holes 100 one by one and turning so as to move the inserter.
